As soon as I saw the posters up for this I knew I wanted to go. Who doesn't love an afternoon at the fair? Waffles smothered in clotted cream and strawberries, sugary clouds of fairy floss, the views from the top of the ferris wheel, and letting your inner child get the better of you for a few short hours. Unfortunately, this one wasn't as great as I had anticipated with the loud rattles being emitted from most of the rides enough for me to sit this one out. However the afternoon sun compensated for this and it was a day warm enough for me to get away with shrugging out of my coat. Spring couldn't come sooner!
